Cancellation policy
The reservation can be canceled free of charge no later than 12 hours before the start of the event.
If cancelled on time:
- Credits will be returned to your account
Penalty for late cancellation or no-show:
- Late cancellation = credits are forfeited
- No-show = credits are forfeited
- 2× no-show = registration blocked for 24 hours
